This review is from: Cooler Master R9-NBC-USTD-GP Note Pal U Stand with USB Hub (Personal Computers) I am very pleased with the cooling fan, it performs well and keeps my laptop at a much lower temperature. my laptop fan NEVER turns on now and the small fans on the stand are so quiet, i can barely hear them. The stand itself has a few levels for your laptop to sit on, and they are a great bonus to this, i just needed something to keep my laptop cooler. If your wondering which stand cooler to get, this one is really worth a shot. This review is from: Cooler Master R9-NBC-USTD-GP Note Pal U Stand with USB Hub (Personal Computers) Well this product does serve the purpose it was designed for. One problem I did have was that a couple small pieces of plastic were broken off the bottom of the unit. It was not enough to effect the performance, but still annoyed me (not enough to ship it back though). The fans are easy to place where you want and the extra usb ports do come in handy. The unit is stable and holds my 15.6" ASUS solidly. One thing I really didn't care for was the completely open bottom, so I place it on a thin piece of wood on my lap or sofa as the bottom is simply an open frame design.
