Getting Even Kuhler With the 920 H2O, May 23, 2011 This review is from: Antec Kuhler H2O 920 Liquid CPU Cooler System (Electronics) I build a fair amount computers, and a give each one a healthy over-clock. Therefore, I look for coolers that are easy to install while performing well in order to keep the CPU temperatures as cool as possible for maximum longevity. I previously used a lot of the larger metal conduction heat sinks, and had great results with many of them in terms of CPU temperature. However, for aesthetic and noise purposes I have been swayed into using the Antec Kuhler 620 h2O (the smaller version of this unit). I have been so pleased with that unit, that I desperately wanted to get my hands on this "upgraded" version. It's not perfect, but it is excellent none-the-less, and will likely appeal to the majority of computer enthusiasts.

As others say the installation instructions could be more detailed while being simple.
I chose to get this cooler due to the fact that that I avoided having a big and heavy cooler attached directly to the mobo, since I have to move my computer twice every two months as I swap between two offices. So this was a great choice, a lightweight cooler (in this case a pump) attached to the mobo. So having the radiator (quite heavy) fixed to the case eliminates the risk of a motherboard breakdown.
I live in a very hot area, it is dry and warm as a western movie environment. And this cooler performs outstandingly.

Below is a summary of my thoughts and mirrors some of the other comments.
Installation:
Regarding the instructions, I wish manufacturers would give you information in a clear manner. These instructions are passable, but they consist mainly of pictures that could be a little more detailed. I found myself at times looking back and forth to make certain I was following the pictures exactly. However, you will get there and it did not take me too long to get it done. I would also recommend 2 people installing this cooler, but you can do it with one. The issue I had is that once I got the backplate on and and the retaining ring on the mobo, I had a heck of a time to get the cooler under the ring. So imagine this. I have one hand on the cooler to keep it tight as to not mess up the thermal paste. I can't get the cooler under the ring, so my free hand is loosening up... Read more
